Can I get my item in a different colour?

The colour choice we state with each of our products means we have hides in stock in those colours. Sometimes we can search for different colours upon request, but there is no guarantee we will able to get them.

What happens if I ordered the wrong size of my belt?

- In some cases items just don't work out. That’s why you have 14 days upon receiving your item(s) to send your unused and same condition products back. Please note that they must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund shipping fees. For our returns policy please read our full Shipping details.

Can you customise my order?

-With a number of our products we are able to offer you a custom version; however, it always depends on how busy we are. Pease feel free to talk to us - let us know what you have in mind and we will try to help.

It says dispatch time is within 14 day after an order was placed. Can I get it quicker?

We try to dispatch orders ASAP. This can sometimes depend on stock availability but we always try our best to ensure a quick process.
